After scoring 296/4 in their 50 overs, the host looked into a commanding position from there. coming into bat India lost their new captain Kl Rahul early 12(17), when came Virat Kohli and formed a great partnership with Shikhar Dhawan 79(84). Virat scored 51(63) before getting trapped into the spin by Shamshi where he was trying to play a sweep.

India last week lost the test series to SA 1-2, and just after this Kohli stepped down from the Captaincy and shocked everyone.
