Virat Kohli aka “run machine” has seized a new record in his bag.

Virat Kohli is now the leading run-scorer for India in away ODIs. He has surpassed the great Sachin Tendulkar. India is playing the ODI series vs South Africa and it’s the first match of the 3 match series.
After scoring 296/4 in their 50 overs, the host looked into a commanding position from there. coming into bat India lost their new captain Kl Rahul early 12(17), when came Virat Kohli and formed a great partnership with Shikhar Dhawan 79(84). Virat scored 51(63) before getting trapped into the spin by Shamshi where he was trying to play a sweep.
Before getting out he made sure to have passed Sachin and become the leading run-scorer for India in white-ball cricket in most away games.

India last week lost the test series to SA 1-2, and just after this Kohli stepped down from the Captaincy and shocked everyone.
India has lost 6 wickets and currently debutant V. Iyer and off-spinner batsman R. Ashwin is at the crease.
