The Friday night game between the Detroit Pistons and Orlando Magic turned out to be disastrous for the pistons as they lost 119-103. The Pistons and the Magics are among the lowest-ranking teams in the NBA, Pistons leading Magics is barely saving them from the title of the worst NBA team.
The Pistons were off to a very sluggish start which may have led them to their loss. Cade Cunningham, who recently had the best game in his career as a pro in the match against the Denver Nuggets, had probably his worst game during the Orlando event. Detroit’s starters totalled just 47 points in the event.

Detroit Pistons vs Orlando Magic Overview:
Only three of Piston’s starters managed to score in double digits with Trey Lyles at 18 points, Saddiq Bey with 17 and Cory Joseph 10 points. Even though Cade didn’t manage to be at his best, he was still better than Hamidou Diallo and Isaiah Stewart who scored 6 points each. The performance of the starters was really disappointing and unacceptable given the fact that they are already really low in the NBA ranks.

The turn of events took place as soon as the game started, the pistons were barely keeping themselves in the game with a number of missed shots. While the Orlando Magic made at least 50% of their shots.
Previously the Detroit Pistons stood with 11-37 on the scorecard, while the Orlando Magic were at 9-40. The match turned out to be a catching up event for the Magics as they now stand with 10-40 and a difference of barely a digit in the ‘race of the worst NBA teams’.
