The Love affair of the couple started from a series of Twitter events and the rest has been history. Nick Jonas proposed to Priyanka Chopra with a $200,000 Tiffany cushion-cut diamond ring and shut down the entire London store to pick it out.
The couple shared the joyous news of their baby on Instagram:
“We are overjoyed to confirm that we have welcomed a baby via surrogate. We respectfully ask for privacy during this special time as we focus on our family,” they said.
They have yet to reveal the baby’s gender and name. However, according to a prominent celebrity website, TMZ, the newborn baby is a girl and was born on July 22 in a hospital in Los Angeles.
The announcement of the baby initiated a series of love showers and good wishes for the couple by their friends, family and fans. Many prominent celebrities have come up in support wishing them a happy life ahead.
In an interview with the popular entertainment network E! News, Priyanka Chopra said:
“Family is a big part of my life. It’s always been a part of my dreams.”
